How long will my order take to arrive?
Every order is processed within 1-2 working days after which the estimated shipping time can vary between 2-3 days within the UK.
For international orders to Europe, it can take up to 5-10 working days depending on the country and what delivery service is chosen.
Worldwide deliveries can take up to 5-15 working days, again depending on the country and what delivery service is chosen.

How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you upon dispatch. For Royal Mail deliveries, orders can be tracked directly via the Royal Mail Track and Trace service or any other courier that is used.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of making an order provided that your order has not already been dispatched within this time. Any later, a cancellation will not be accepted as the order may be under the process of dispatch or be dispatched already.
Which abaya size should I order?
We highly recommend that you check our size chart prior to placing an order. Please see here. Some individual items have their own size charts which can be found on the respective product page.
What’s your refund policy?
We carry out full quality checks on all abayas before dispatch and we are confident that you will love our abayas. We offer a risk-free 14 day refund/exchange guarantee, subject to terms and conditions being met. Simply email us at support@abayatopia.com to make a request.
